Meet Harry

Harry Pendlebury is the Principal Solicitor of Pendlebury Legal. Admitted in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2017, he has predominately dedicated his legal career to criminal law and advocacy. Throughout his practice, he has acquired extensive expertise in a taking sole carriage of a range criminal matters and associated areas. 

Harry is an experienced advocate, regularly appearing in both the Local and District Courts across New South Wales. He has handled countless court mentions, sentencing hearings and defended hearings and instructed in trials. Harry has established working relationships with a range of barristers ranging from Junior Counsel through to Senior Counsel who can be called upon if the circumstances of the case warrant their expertise. 

Harry’s extensive experience also encompasses representing clients in cases involving apprehended violence orders, as well as handling various traffic-related matters such as licence appeals, log book offences and Court elections for all types of road rule violations. 

Understanding that the legal system can be daunting, Harry prides himself on being approachable, timely and having the ability to explain the legal system to his clients in an easy-to-understand way.
